Terms of Service for Fengshui Layout Consultation & Bazi Analysis Consultation

Applicable Entity: [Shushitong International Culture Co., Limited]Nature of Service: Consultation services for spatial environment layout and personal destiny cultural interpretation based on traditional Chinese folk culture, providing only professional reference suggestions without feudal superstitious statements or effect guarantees.Effective Date: [February 1, 2026]

I. Service Definition and Content

This service includes two categories: Fengshui Layout Consultation and Bazi Analysis Consultation. Clients may place orders for either or both categories separately. All services are professional interpretations of traditional folk cultural knowledge.

(1) Fengshui Layout Consultation

1. Based on the spatial planning concepts of traditional Fengshui culture, combined with modern environmental psychology and architectural aesthetics, this service provides analysis and optimization suggestions for spatial traffic flow, item placement, and orientation planning for residential and commercial premises.

2. Service Forms:

1. Online Consultation: Clients provide floor plans/real-scene photos of the venue, and an electronic analysis report is issued.

2. On-site Survey: A paper + electronic planning report is issued after on-site survey.Both forms take a single venue/single apartment type as the service unit.

(2) Bazi Analysis Consultation

1. Based on the interpretation system of traditional Bazi destiny culture and folk cultural knowledge, this service provides clients with analysis of birth date five-element patterns and reference suggestions for personal development and life planning.

2. Service Form: Online consultation. Clients provide authentic birth information (year/month/day/hour), and we issue an electronic interpretation report, including five-element pattern analysis and reference suggestions for personal development directions.

II. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

(1) Our Rights and Obligations

1. Complete professional interpretation and deliver reports within the agreed time limit according to the service type ordered by the client, ensuring the content is objective, professional, and solely for folk cultural reference.

2. Bear confidentiality obligations for all private content provided by the client, including venue data, birth information, and personal contact details. No disclosure to any third party without written consent (except as required by laws and regulations).

3. Have the right to require clients to provide true and complete information required for the service (venue data/birth information). We shall not be liable for deviations in interpretation/layout suggestions caused by false or missing information.

4. Have the right to collect consultation fees in accordance with the service agreement. If the client fails to pay on time, we have the right to suspend the provision of services.

(2) Client's Rights and Obligations

1. Have the right to require us to deliver consultation reports that meet the service content within the agreed time limit. If there are questions about the report content, a written inquiry may be submitted within 7 working days of receipt, and we will provide free answers.

2. Must provide true and complete information required for the service as requested. For on-site surveys, cooperate with the scheduled time and provide venue access convenience. The client shall bear full responsibility for service delays caused by their own failure to cooperate.

3. May only use the consultation report issued by us for personal/enterprise reference and planning. Shall not arbitrarily reprint, copy, or sell the report, nor use the report content for commercial promotion, profitable purposes, or feudal superstitious activities. Otherwise, the client shall bear all resulting responsibilities.

4. Must pay the full service fee in one lump sum when placing an order. If payment is delayed, a liquidated damages of [0.5%] of the unpaid amount will be charged per day. If payment is overdue for more than 15 days, we have the right to terminate this service agreement.

III. Service Timeliness and Delivery Standards

(1) Online Consultation (Fengshui Layout/Bazi Analysis)

After the client pays and provides complete service information, the report will be delivered within 3 working days. The results will be sent to the email/official designated chat account reserved by the client when placing the order. Successful receipt of the file by the client shall be deemed as completion of delivery.

(2) On-site Fengshui Layout Survey

After the client pays and confirms the survey time, the on-site survey will be completed according to the scheduled time. A paper layout report (including on-site communication records) will be delivered within 5 working days after the survey, along with an electronic version. The client's signature for the paper report/receipt of the electronic report shall be deemed as completion of delivery.

(3) Combined Order

For combined orders of Fengshui Layout + Bazi Analysis, the timeliness of each service shall be accumulated, and the latest delivery time shall not exceed the upper limit of 5 working days for on-site surveys / 3 working days for online services.

IV. Service Fees and Payment Methods

1. All services are clearly priced, with fee standards displayed on our official website/social media order page. Separate prices for Fengshui Layout and Bazi Analysis, as well as combined discount prices, are clearly marked, with no hidden costs or additional fees.

2. Clients must pay the full service fee in one lump sum through the Stripe payment channel when placing an order. Successful payment shall be deemed as the formal establishment of the service agreement between both parties.

3. The fee only includes the issuance of consultation reports and professional interpretation fees, excluding supporting costs for Fengshui layout such as venue renovation, item procurement, and construction implementation, which shall be borne by the client.

4. Combined orders are settled at the displayed discount price. Separate cancellation of one service category is not allowed after payment.

V. Refund Policy

(1) Refundable Scenarios and Procedures

1. If the client submits a written refund request before we start the service (no information received, no analysis/survey initiated), a full refund will be processed and returned via the original Stripe payment channel within 7 working days of application submission.

2. If we fail to deliver the service within the agreed time limit without a reasonable reason (except force majeure), the client may submit a written refund request for a full refund; if the client agrees to delayed delivery, we will not refund and complete the service within the newly agreed time limit.

3. If the content of the delivered consultation report is seriously inconsistent with the agreed service content, the client may submit a written refund request with valid evidence for a full refund.

4. Refund requests must be sent to our official email: [your official email address]. The application must include the order number, refund reason, and relevant evidence (payment screenshots, proof of non-receipt of results, etc.). We will complete the review within 3 working days of receiving the application and initiate the refund upon approval.

(2) Non-Refundable Scenarios

1. If we have started the service (information received, analysis initiated/on-site survey completed) and the client unilaterally requests to cancel the service or change the service type, no refund will be given.

2. If the client has received the consultation report but is only dissatisfied with the report content or interpretation suggestions, or fails to meet their own psychological expectations without substantial evidence of inconsistency with the agreement, no refund will be given.

3. No refund will be given for service deviations or inability to proceed caused by the client's own reasons (providing false information, failing to cooperate with surveys, overdue confirmation of information).

4. No refund will be given if the client has used the consultation report for their own planning or implemented the Fengshui layout suggestions.

5. Refund requests submitted more than 7 working days after the completion of service delivery will not be accepted.

VI. Core Disclaimer

1. All Fengshui layout suggestions and Bazi analysis interpretation reports issued by us are professional reference suggestions under the background of traditional Chinese folk culture. Clients must independently judge and choose whether to adopt them based on their actual situation, and we do not make any mandatory implementation requirements.

2. We do not promise any actual effects, and shall not be liable for any losses (such as decoration costs, changes in operating income, results of personal development choices, etc.) caused by the client's adoption/non-adoption of the service suggestions.

3. The Bazi analysis consultation of this service is only a folk cultural interpretation of the birth date five-element pattern, and does not replace any career planning, psychological counseling, or financial consulting. The Fengshui layout consultation does not replace professional architectural design or interior decoration plans. Clients with relevant professional needs shall consult corresponding professionals separately.

4. If we are unable to provide services on time due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, policy adjustments, etc.), we may delay the provision of services without bearing liability for breach of contract, and both parties may also negotiate to terminate the agreement and receive a full refund.

5. This service strictly abides by public order and good customs, with no feudal superstitious statements or content. Clients shall not use this service for superstitious purposes; otherwise, all consequences shall be borne by the client.

VII. Intellectual Property Agreement

1. The intellectual property rights of all Fengshui layout reports, Bazi analysis interpretation reports, and related consultation results issued by us belong to us. The client only has the right to use them for personal/enterprise planning, and no other intellectual property rights.

2. Without our written authorization, the client shall not modify, copy, disseminate, or sell the consultation results, nor use them for commercial promotion, infringement for profit, or other acts. Otherwise, we have the right to pursue their infringement liability and claim compensation for all economic losses.

VIII. Dispute Resolution and Agreement Termination

1. The conclusion, performance, and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Hong Kong]. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the [competent court in Hong Kong].

2. Both parties may terminate this agreement in writing through mutual consultation. After termination, fees for completed services shall be settled as agreed, and full refunds shall be given for uncompleted parts.

3. If the client violates this agreement (such as failing to pay on time, disclosing our data, infringing on the use of consultation results, etc.), we have the right to notify the client in writing to terminate the agreement, retain the collected fees, and require the client to bear liability for breach of contract.

IX. Other Terms

1. These service terms are the sole valid agreement between us and the client regarding Fengshui layout and Bazi analysis consultation services, replacing all previous oral or written agreements between both parties.

2. We may revise these terms according to business development needs. The revised terms will be displayed on our official website/social media order page in a timely manner. Clients placing new orders after the revision shall be subject to the revised terms.

3. By completing payment through the Stripe payment channel, the client is deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all contents of these service terms, and both parties are bound by these terms.

4. For matters not covered in this agreement, both parties may sign a written supplementary agreement separately, which has the same legal effect as these terms.
